In a move reflecting the depth of Morocco-France relations, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, accompanied by HRH Crown Prince Moulay Hassan and HRH Prince Moulay Rachid, and French President Emmanuel Macron, signed the declaration on “Exceptional and Strong Partnership between the Kingdom of Morocco and the French Republic” at the Royal Palace in Rabat.

During the French President’s state visit to Morocco from October 28-30, 2024, both leaders announced a new phase elevating relations to an “exceptional and strong partnership” level. This partnership is based on shared vision and political positions, strengthening cooperation across multiple domains including economic, cultural, and security sectors.

A. Investment in Historical Relations: Based on deep human and cultural ties
B. Strategic Sector Cooperation: Including health, vaccine production, water management, transport, renewable energy, and AI
