His Majesty King Mohammed VI today welcomed President Emmanuel Macron and Mrs. Brigitte Macron on an official visit to the Kingdom of Morocco. The Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan, Prince Moulay Rachid, Princess Lalla Khadija, and Princess Lalla Meryem were present at the reception.
Upon the arrival of the French President and his entourage, His Majesty the King and the French President performed the salute to the national flags of Morocco and France in the airport terminal. As is customary when receiving visiting heads of state to the Kingdom, dates and milk were presented to the French President and his wife.
This official visit comes within the framework of strengthening the longstanding relations between Morocco and France, as the two sides will hold discussions on various issues of common interest.
