Rabat – As part of the ongoing political consultation between the Kingdom of Morocco and the United States of America, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates, Nasser Bourita, held an important meeting with US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, on Tuesday.
During this meeting, the two ministers exchanged views on various aspects of the Moroccan-American strategic partnership, in addition to discussing a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest.
A well-informed diplomatic source confirmed that the talks addressed ways to strengthen bilateral relations in various fields, including security, economic, and cultural cooperation. The two sides also discussed recent developments in the North Africa and Middle East region, and prospects for cooperation in facing common challenges.
