President of Agdal District to Fes News: “RADEEF Agency Threatens City’s Efforts to Host the World Cup”

In a provocative statement to Fes News, the President of Agdal District expressed his deep dissatisfaction with the performance of RADEEF Agency, indicating that it is seeking to undermine the city’s efforts to host the World Cup. He confirmed that the agency does not respond at all to complaints received, whether from civil society or from elected officials tasked with monitoring its responsibilities related to providing water and electricity to residents.

The District President added that the agency continues to pursue a policy of “turning a deaf ear” to the demands of citizens and civil society, and violates the laws regulating its work without any notable oversight. He also confirmed that the works carried out by the agency are not subject to necessary controls and do not comply with legal standards.

This statement comes at a sensitive time, as the city seeks to improve its infrastructure and enhance its image as part of its bid to host the World Cup. This puts RADEEF Agency under scrutiny and calls for immediate intervention to improve its services and commitment to applicable laws.
