Meknes/Royal Armed Forces impress with Moroccan-made military technologies during the graduation ceremony of new officers (video)

Meknes, Morocco – The Royal Military Academy (RMA) in Meknes recently witnessed a solemn graduation ceremony for the cadets of the 98th ordinary and 17th special corps, marked by the presence of senior officers of the Royal Armed Forces General Command and high-level military delegations from friendly countries.

The ceremony, chaired by Lieutenant General Mohamed Berriz, Inspector General of the Royal Armed Forces and Commander of the Southern Region, by order of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Supreme Commander and Chief of the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, culminated in an impressive display of modern Moroccan-made military equipment, embodying the Kingdom’s capabilities in the field of defence industries.

Among the devices that impressed the audience was a remote controlled weapon station, which is a qualitative addition to the capabilities of the Royal Armed Forces and reflects the continuous development of Moroccan armaments.

The ceremony was not limited to the impressive military parade, but also included a detailed report by the Director of the Royal Military Academy on the institution’s annual results, achievements and future plans to enhance the quality of military training.

The ceremony also witnessed the honouring of outstanding new officers and the presentation of graduation certificates to them, amidst an atmosphere of joy and pride.

This ceremony reflects the Royal Armed Forces High Command’s keenness to keep abreast of the latest developments in the military field and to equip the forces with the latest equipment and technologies to ensure their ability to perform their missions with efficiency and competence, and to promote security and stability in the Kingdom.
