The Fez community has announced the opening of its slaughterhouse on Dhul Hijjah 10, the day of Eid al-Adha.
“Following the practice of other communities, the collective slaughterhouse located in Ain Kadous, Fez, will be opened to serve those who wish to slaughter their sacrificial animals,” an announcement from the community said.
“The slaughterhouse will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Eid al-Fitr,” the announcement added.
“In addition to slaughtering the sacrificial animals, those wishing to do so will benefit from the veterinary inspection of the sacrificial animals,” the announcement said, adding that the slaughterhouse will be open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Eid.
