In line with the efforts made by stakeholders in the educational system at central, regional, and provincial levels to enhance human resources, and given the significant role that foundational training plays in educational reform projects and the implementation of Framework Law 51.17 as stipulated in Article 38, the Regional Center for Education and Training Professions in Fes hosted a graduation ceremony on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. This event celebrated the graduates of the Educational Administration track from the regional centers for the 2020-2022 and 2023 cohorts.
Dr. Fouad Arouadi, Director of the Regional Academy for Education and Training in Fes-Meknes, along with Dr. Mohamed Al-Azmi Al-Hassani, Director of the Regional Center for Education and Training Professions, presided over the diploma delivery ceremony for graduates of the Educational Administration track. The event was attended by Khalid Al-Malhouni, Head of Educational Affairs at the Academy, as well as heads of departments and sections at the Academy, along with other educational coordinators and staff who supervised the training of graduates.
The ceremony began with a recitation from the Holy Quran followed by the national anthem. Dr. Arouadi emphasized the role of educational administrators in leading positive change within educational institutions and implementing all projects outlined in the 2022-2026 roadmap. He praised the efforts made by administrative staff in the region, highlighting innovative management models he observed during his field visits to educational institutions.
Dr. Al-Azmi also delivered a guiding speech, commending the hard work of graduates from regional centers in educational administration and expressing that the center is open to all educational institutions through organizing joint activities.
In conclusion, all graduates from both cohorts expressed their gratitude for this initiative to organize such a ceremony, which underscores the pivotal role of educational administrators in driving change within educational institutions. They extended their thanks to Dr. Arouadi, Dr. Al-Azmi, and all those who contributed to making this professional recognition successful, as well as to heads of educational institutions who supervised their practical training, looking forward to opening professional pathways for educational administrators and pedagogical prospects through enrollment in academic research centers affiliated with regional education and training centers.
