The third edition of the historic Dakhla-Guerguarat Rally, organized to commemorate the 49th anniversary of the Green March, concluded yesterday evening with 165 participants driving 82 exceptional vehicles.
The participants covered a distance of over 700 kilometers in a single day, in an extraordinary journey through the heart of the Moroccan Sahara, starting from the city of Dakhla and reaching the Guerguarat border crossing.
Morocco’s Channel 2 (2M) covered this distinctive sporting event, which embodies the historical and national connection to the Kingdom’s southern provinces and reinforces the region’s position as an important sports and tourism destination.
