One concerned resident reported that a nearby café has taken over a significant portion of the park intended for community use by placing tables and chairs in an area meant for public enjoyment.
This behavior highlights serious violations that disrupt the comfort of local residents.
The situation has escalated further, as the same source indicated that some villa owners near the Ministry of Awqaf in Moulay Yacoub have opened secondary gates and occupied sections of public land, fencing them off and adding them to their properties without facing any legal repercussions.
Residents are urging the relevant authorities to intervene and reclaim public land, restoring order to these areas plagued by repeated transgressions.
