Moroccan Government to Hold Cabinet Meeting to Discuss Important Draft Decrees

The General Secretariat of the Moroccan Government has announced a cabinet meeting to be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 10:30 AM, chaired by the Head of Government. The council will discuss several important draft decrees, including:

1. Draft Decree No. 2.23.1054 relating to the implementation of certain provisions of Law No. 08.22 on the establishment of Regional Health Groups.
2. Draft Decree No. 2.23.1055 relating to the implementation of Law No. 10.22 on the establishment of the Moroccan Agency for Medicines and Health Products.
3. Draft Decree No. 2.23.1056 relating to the implementation of certain provisions of Law No. 11.22 on the establishment of the Moroccan Agency for Blood and its Derivatives.
4. Draft Decree No. 2.24.603 amending Decree No. 2.21.437 issued on December 9, 2021, relating to the implementation of Law No. 50.17 on the practice of traditional craft activities.

The council will also discuss proposals for appointments to senior positions in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.

These meetings come as part of the Moroccan government’s efforts to develop the health sector and organize traditional industries, reflecting its commitment to improving public services and promoting economic development in the kingdom.
