The Tangier Security Prefecture reacted very seriously to a video circulating on the Internet, which shows a traffic policeman brandishing his service weapon against a road user, after he was suspected of non-compliance.
The security governorate confirmed the opening of an urgent investigation into this incident, in order to determine the circumstances of the incident and to ascertain the legal grounds that prompted the policeman to use his weapon.
According to the available data, the traffic policeman concerned, as well as the offending driver, are currently being listened to in order to identify all the details and real backgrounds of this case.
