Police forces in Tangier arrested two brothers, aged 25 and 20, on the night of Saturday, March 29, on suspicion of their involvement in performing stunts with a motorcycle on public roads and endangering the safety of road users.
National security services had identified a specific page on a social media network that published videos showing two individuals driving a motorcycle in a spectacular manner on public roads, thereby endangering their safety and that of other road users. After investigations and inquiries, the suspects were apprehended in flagrante delicto, and the motorcycle was impounded.
The two suspects were placed in custody as part of a judicial investigation supervised by the competent public prosecutor’s office, to clarify the circumstances and details of this case, and to identify all criminal offenses attributed to them.
