Fez: Youth Chase and Capture Two Thieves Who Targeted Worshippers Near Al-Quds Mosque on Laylat al-Qadr

The city of Fez witnessed a shocking incident on Laylat al-Qadr when several worshippers were robbed immediately after leaving Al-Quds Mosque. The crimes were committed by two individuals on a motorcycle—until an unexpected turn of events changed the situation.

According to a special source from Fes News, a group of young residents, committed to protecting their neighborhood, managed to chase down the perpetrators, surround them, and apprehend them before handing them over to the police.

The source added that the number of complaints that night was unusually high, sparking outrage among the local population, especially given that the event coincided with one of the holiest nights of Ramadan.

One of the victims expressed hope that the criminals would be held accountable and receive the harshest possible punishment. He also called for increased police presence during major religious gatherings that attract large crowds to mosques.

Meanwhile, security services continue their investigations under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office to uncover all aspects of this case, which has shaken the Al-Quds neighborhood. Authorities are expected to take legal action against the suspects soon.
