Massive Popular March in Fez in Solidarity with Gaza on Land Day

Human rights and civil society organizations in the city of Fez are organizing a massive popular march on Saturday, March 29, 2025, to commemorate the 49th anniversary of Palestinian Land Day and to protest against what they described as the “genocide” that the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip are being subjected to.

The “Moroccan Coalition to Support Palestine” called for massive participation in this march, which will start from Ajbari Square in front of Al-Tajammouati Mosque in Fez at 9:30 PM.

This event comes in the context of escalating international solidarity with the Palestinian cause and condemnation of the deteriorating humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip, where residents face harsh living conditions as a result of the ongoing siege and bombardment.

The organizers raised slogans and banners calling for an end to the aggression against Gaza, providing international protection for the Palestinian people, and achieving justice and peace in the region.

The march is expected to witness widespread participation from various segments of society, including human rights activists, politicians, and citizens, to express their support for the Palestinian cause and demand an end to the suffering of the Gaza Strip residents.
