Initial investigations led to the identification of four women suspected of involvement in this criminal network, who were arrested and referred to the competent public prosecutor’s office at the beginning of February.
Through continuous investigations, security forces were able to identify the main suspect in the case, who was arrested during a precise security operation in Casablanca. The suspect has been placed under police custody pending further judicial investigation supervised by the public prosecutor’s office, aimed at uncovering all the details and circumstances of the case and determining the full extent of the criminal activities attributed to the individual.
This operation is part of the ongoing efforts by security authorities to combat organized crime and protect citizens from fraud, particularly schemes targeting the most vulnerable groups.
