Almas announces the departure of Hamza Jannati from the team

Morocco Sporting Club Al Fassi announced on Monday the transfer of its player Hamza Jannati to the Libyan club Al-Suwaihli during the current winter transfer window.

The club’s official statement read: “Morocco Fassi Sporting Club announces that captain Hamza Jannati, one of the club’s sons, has waived his outstanding dues in order to finalize his transfer to the Libyan club Al-Suwaihli, after reaching an agreement with all parties concerned.”

The statement praised Jannati’s career, emphasizing his sacrifices and dedication to the club: “The administrative office of Morocco Fassi Club would like to thank the player for his wonderful and distinguished career with the club, starting from his training in the club’s academy and his progression through all categories to the captaincy of the first team.”

The statement concluded by wishing the player all the best in his future career: “We wish you all the best in your future endeavors, as you are always a role model for our academy players.”

It is worth noting that this deal comes within the framework of the trend of a number of Moroccan professional league players to join Libyan teams, as Noufal Zerhouni and Mohamed Zerida from Rajaa, Mauritanian Sidi Bouna Ammar from Wydad, Botswana’s Tomisong from the Royal Army, in addition to Hamza Mjahid and Malian Cheikhna Samaki from Olympique Safi.
