Under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the city of Meknes is preparing to host the 17th edition of the International Agricultural Exhibition in Morocco (SIAM) from April 21 to April 27, 2025.
This major agricultural event will be held under the theme “Agriculture and Rural World: Water at the Heart of Sustainable Development,” highlighting the growing challenges facing the agricultural sector due to climate change and water scarcity. This theme aims to emphasize the importance of sustainable water management in supporting agriculture and ensuring food security.
As part of its commitment to international cooperation and agricultural innovation, France will be the guest of honor at this year’s edition. The event will showcase French expertise in sustainable agriculture and water resource management, fostering new partnerships between Moroccan and French agricultural stakeholders.
The 2025 edition is expected to set new records, with over 1.1 million visitors and approximately 1,500 exhibitors from 70 countries worldwide. This reinforces SIAM’s growing regional and international influence as a key platform for the agricultural sector.
