Official Launch of “Idarati” Platform: A New Step Towards a Smarter and More Transparent Digital Administration in Morocco

As part of efforts to modernize public administration and accelerate digital transformation, the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform officially launched the national digital services platform “Idarati” on Friday, February 14, in Rabat. The platform aims to simplify access to digital administrative services for both citizens and businesses through a unified portal.

The launch took place during the Digital Administration Forum, chaired by Minister Amal Falah Sghrouchni, in the presence of government officials, representatives from public administrations, and private sector stakeholders.

Minister Sghrouchni emphasized that this platform represents a major advancement in digital administrative services, leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance citizen interaction with government services, thereby improving transparency and efficiency.

She further stated that the first version of the platform was developed through collaboration among various sectors, encompassing approximately 2,700 administrative procedures. This initiative aligns with the implementation of Law 55-19 on simplifying administrative procedures and processes, in accordance with the Royal directives to modernize public administration.

Through “Idarati,” the government aims to establish a reliable, unified portal for administrative information and services, with plans for progressive expansion towards a comprehensive and fully integrated digital system.
