The General Directorate of Meteorology forecasts cold weather for Tuesday, January 14, 2025, with local frost expected in the mountainous regions, the Oriental region, the southeast, the high plateaus, and the interior plains.
- Weather Conditions:
- Low clouds and misty formations in some areas along the Atlantic coasts.
- Partly cloudy skies with scattered showers in the eastern Mediterranean and the Oriental region.
- Moderate to strong gusts of wind in the northern and central plains, the Saiss region, and the Tangier area.
- Temperatures:
- Minimum temperatures are expected to range from -09 to -01 degrees Celsius in the High and Middle Atlas and the eastern high plateaus.
- From 05 to 10 degrees Celsius on the northern and central Atlantic plains and in the extreme southeast.
- From 10 to 15 degrees Celsius near the coasts and in the Saharan provinces.
- From -01 to 05 degrees Celsius in other parts of the country.
- Daytime Temperatures:
- A slight increase in temperatures is expected in the south, while temperatures will decrease elsewhere.
- Sea Conditions:
- The sea will be slightly rough to rough in the Mediterranean, slightly rough to rough in the Strait, and rough on the Atlantic coasts, becoming very rough to extremely rough in the afternoon between Mehdia and Cape Sim.
