- Implementation of the July 26, 2023 Agreement:
It was confirmed that the provisions of the previously signed agreement will begin implementation, including improving access systems to parking areas dedicated to judges and employees, refurbishing the infrastructure of parking spaces, and addressing issues at the facilities of the two commercial courts and the Family Court Division. - Improving the Conditions of Court Clerks in Courtrooms:
The director committed to conducting a technical study and implementing recommendations to enhance seating conditions in courtrooms, ensuring employees’ comfort while performing their duties. - Repairing the Air Conditioning System:
The director explained that the Justice Palace project is still under the supervision of the executing contractor, which hinders the directorate’s intervention. An agreement was reached to expedite correspondence to resolve technical issues related to the air conditioning system. - Working Conditions in the Criminal Division:
Priority will be given to improving the professional conditions of court clerks in the criminal division, including addressing ventilation issues to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
Enhancing Administrative and Logistical Services
