In a gesture of recognition for academic and professional excellence, Mr. Mounir Chentir, President of the Taza Municipal Council, extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Mr. Kamal Al-Hizat, Head of the Human Resources Department at the council, for earning his doctorate in public law with the distinction “Very Honorable” and a recommendation for publication.
Mr. Al-Hizat defended his dissertation at the University Center for Doctoral Studies in Fez. His thesis, titled “The System for Reviewing Requests for Unconstitutionality in Moroccan Legal Framework: A Comparative Study”, received high praise from the academic committee, which commended its significance in shedding light on a critical legal issue that strengthens constitutional justice in Morocco.
On this occasion, Mr. Chentir, on behalf of the council members, staff, and employees of the Taza Municipal Council, expressed pride in this remarkable academic achievement.
