In its ongoing effort to enhance customer experience, AtlantaSanad Insurance is working on innovative services, as evidenced by the launch of its new “Remote Expertise” (EAD) service for cases of material damage to vehicles resulting from accidents. This aims to spare policyholders several constraints: waiting for an appointment with an expert, travel, presenting repair costs, in addition to all compensation procedures.

AtlantaSanad Insurance will offer its customers a rapid expertise service that doesn’t require travel or scheduling an appointment with an expert. The entire expertise process will now be carried out remotely with a promise to complete it in less than an hour.

With the same vision of developing customer experience and providing the best service to its policyholders in the shortest possible time, the company also commits to providing compensation within one hour, as soon as the expertise is conducted and the customer accepts the offer. This compensation is disbursed via cash transfer through several partner payment institutions.

This innovative approach to customer service is characteristic of AtlantaSanad Insurance, which has been engaged since 2018 in a continuous search for ways to improve and develop the customer experience.
