Two Gendarmes Die in Traffic Accident in Al Haouz

Two members of the Royal Gendarmerie lost their lives in a tragic traffic accident that occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, December 4, 2024, in the village of Aouina in the Al Haouz region of Morocco.

Local sources reported that the victims, who were stationed at the Tamassoult gendarmerie center, were on a night patrol when their vehicle collided with a nursery along the roadside, resulting in their immediate deaths.

Following the incident, local authorities and gendarmerie services rushed to the scene. The bodies of the gendarmes were transferred to the morgue, while the relevant authorities initiated an investigation to determine the circumstances and causes of this unfortunate accident.
