During a conference on industrial employment, Moroccan Employment and Integration Minister Mezzour launched sharp criticism against the economic elite in Morocco, accusing them of stagnation and remaining within their “comfort zone”.
The minister stated that Moroccan companies lack confidence in Moroccan youth, which constitutes a major obstacle to developing the national economy.
Mezzour blamed business leaders for not investing in young talents, emphasizing the need to change this traditional perspective that hinders the country’s economic growth.
