Strategic expert Abderrahmane Mekkaoui stated that the Kingdom aims to attract global companies from the United States, Korea, Japan, and China to invest in strategic industrial zones like Casablanca, Tangier, and Agadir.

- Freedom to re-export without taxation
- Job creation for specialized Moroccan youth
