Rabat – In a significant step towards enhancing the drone industry in Morocco, the Moroccan company Aerodrive announced the signing of a funding agreement with the Innovation Support Fund, following its successful presentation of the first test of a Moroccan-made drone.
This agreement aims to accelerate research and development processes and launch the “Atlas Istar” drone in the market as quickly as possible. Soufiane Ammagui, the founder of Aerodrive, stated that the company plans to achieve a production capacity of 1,000 drones annually, targeting both the Moroccan and African markets.
This development is considered an important step in the field of advanced technology industries in Morocco, reflecting the ability of local companies to innovate and compete in the rapidly growing global drone sector.
