In accordance with the bylaws of the Fes-Meknes Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Services, the chamber will hold its ordinary general assembly for the second session of 2024 on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at the headquarters of the Hajeb Prefecture, starting at 10:00 AM.
The agenda for the general assembly includes fifteen points aimed at discussing issues related to trade, industry, and services in the region, as well as presenting reports on activities carried out over the year.
Agenda for the General Assembly:
- Approval of the minutes of the ordinary general assembly for the first session of 2024.
- Presentation of the literary report on the chamber’s activities until October 2024.
- Presentation of the chamber’s communication strategy.
- Presentation and approval of the draft specifications for the use of meeting rooms at the chamber’s headquarters.
- Determining the rental fee for the meeting room at the chamber’s annex in Meknes for non-members.
- Approval for the acquisition of the land on which the chamber’s annex building in Meknes is located.
- Approval for extending the deadline for the preparation and equipping of the café-restaurant at the Exhibition Palace in Taza.
- Presentation and approval of a partnership agreement with the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC).
- Presentation and approval of a partnership agreement with the Regional Investment Center for the Fes-Meknes Region.
- Presentation and approval of a framework cooperation and partnership agreement with the Hajeb Municipal Council.
- Presentation and approval of a partnership agreement with the Hajeb Initiative Association.
- Presentation and approval of a partnership and cooperation agreement with the Association of Experts Volunteering for Development in the Fes-Meknes Region.
- Presentation and approval of a framework partnership and cooperation agreement with Wana Company.
- Presentation and approval of a partnership agreement with the Egyptian Food Industries Chamber.
- Presentation and approval of a framework partnership and cooperation agreement with the Association for Joint Cooperation of Turkish and Arab Countries (TURAP).
This general assembly will serve as an important occasion for economic actors in the region to express their opinions and proposals, contributing to the development of the sector and enhancing its role in local economic growth.
