Sources have reported that El Hassan Daki, the Attorney General at the Court of Cassation and head of the Public Prosecution, underwent urgent heart surgery on Friday at a private clinic in Tetouan, following a sudden heart attack he suffered while on the street.
According to the sources, the incident occurred when Mr. Daki collapsed on the street, causing concern among passersby. Fortunately, two police officers were nearby and recognized Mr. Daki immediately after the attack. Thanks to their prompt intervention, he was rushed to the clinic, where he underwent a successful catheterization procedure that saved his life.
The sources further stated that Mr. El Hassan Daki’s condition has stabilized after the surgery and that he is recovering well. Doctors expect him to make a full recovery in the coming days.
This incident has garnered significant attention within legal and judicial circles, with many of his colleagues and officials expressing their wishes for his swift recovery and a quick return to his duties.
