Local sources learned earlier this week that the regional delegate of the Ministry of Health in the Gersif region, Hicham Alaoui Ismaili, was transferred to assume the same position in the Taza region, replacing the former delegate who was dismissed a few days ago by a decision of the Minister of Health.
According to the same sources, this was done during a meeting hosted by the Taza Municipality and chaired by Salima Saassa, the regional director of health in the Fes Meknes region.
During this meeting, Dr. Adnan Hiras, former regional delegate of the Ministry of Health in Midelt, was appointed as the new director of Ibn Baja Hospital in Taza, replacing the former director who was arrested for “brokering medical equipment.”
Earlier, the Minister of Health had decided to relieve the regional delegate of the Ministry of Health in Taza province from his post, due to the poor health services.
