In a scientific and academic atmosphere full of constructive discussions, Sadiq Tarchouli, Governor of the Security of Meknes, defended his doctoral thesis in the field of private law at the Faculty of Law at Moulay Ismail University on Wednesday.
The thesis prepared by the Meknes Security Governor focused on the topic “International cooperation in the fight against transnational organized crime – the Moroccan experience as a model”.
The thesis defense was moderated by Professor Mohamed Ahdaf, Professor of Criminology at the Faculty of Law in Meknes, in the presence of faculty members from Moulay Ismail University and beyond.
The discussion was also attended by Abdelghani El Sabar, Governor of Meknes Province, along with other distinguished figures in the academic and security fields.
