Security authorities in Rabat succeeded in arresting a car driver working in the field of transportation via electronic applications, based on his suspected involvement in charges related to insulting, cursing, and threatening violence against a woman.
The security authorities were able to react immediately and seriously to a complaint filed by the victim, who reported that she had been abused and threatened by the driver of the car working through electronic applications, allegations that became the content of a video published on social media platforms before the suspect was identified and arrested on the same day.
The suspect was placed under police custody, pending the completion of the judicial investigations conducted by the competent public prosecution, in order to determine the circumstances and details of this incident.
