As part of the efforts to improve infrastructure and urban services in the Kingdom of Morocco, Al Manzil community in Sefrou Province has witnessed the beginning of the implementation of the first phase of the urban rehabilitation program. A large informational board has been installed at the site to clarify the project details to citizens.
This ambitious program comes at a total cost estimated at 20.94 million dirhams, reflecting the scale of the significant investment directed towards developing the area’s infrastructure. The works are scheduled to continue for 15 months, indicating a wide range of improvements to be carried out.
The Al Manzil Territorial Community assumes responsibility for the project as the main project owner, while supervision of the implementation has been delegated to Al Omrane Fes-Meknes Company, known for its expertise in urban development. The execution of the works has been entrusted to STE INJAZAT PROJET.
This program aims to raise the level of infrastructure and services in Al Manzil community, which will contribute to improving the quality of life for local residents and enhancing the area’s attractiveness for future investments.
It is worth noting that this project comes within a comprehensive vision for urban development in Morocco, which aims to achieve balanced development between different regions and improve living conditions for citizens throughout the kingdom.
