The Supreme Scientific Council Launches a New Initiative to Support Friday Preachers

The Supreme Scientific Council of the Kingdom of Morocco has announced the launch of a new initiative aimed at supporting mosque preachers in preparing their Friday sermons. According to the announcement issued by the Council, a suggested Friday sermon will be published every Wednesday at 2:00 PM.

The Council clarified that these proposed sermons will be available to preachers who wish to adopt them through several digital platforms. These platforms include the official website of the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs (www.habous.gov.ma), as well as its social media pages.

These suggestions will also be published on the official pages of the regional and local scientific councils, ensuring their reach to the largest possible number of preachers across the Kingdom.

This initiative comes as part of the Supreme Scientific Council’s efforts to unify religious discourse and ensure the quality of Friday sermon content. This service is expected to help preachers enrich their sermons with contemporary and important topics for society.

It’s worth noting that these proposed sermons will be optional, allowing preachers to either adopt them or use them as a source of inspiration for preparing their own sermons.

It should be noted that this announcement comes under the auspices of the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, which emphasizes the importance of this initiative and its role in promoting moderate religious discourse in the Kingdom.
