A cabinet meeting will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, under the chairmanship of Aziz Akhannouch, the head of the government.
According to a statement from the Presidency of the Government, the council will first consider a draft law amending and supplementing the Code of Criminal Procedure.
It will also consider two draft decrees related to the creation of new departments and commands, and the second one to change the decree defining the Kingdom’s judicial map, before concluding its work by examining proposals for appointments to senior positions in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution.
The government will hold a special meeting after the end of the government council, according to the communiqué, to study some of the law proposals.
