Meteorological forecasts issued by the Directorate General of Meteorology indicate that Sunday, June 23, 2024, will witness a noticeable rise in temperatures, especially in the plains west of the Atlas, the southeast, east, and south of the Saharan provinces.
Coastal areas are expected to experience foggy weather in the morning and night hours, while partly cloudy weather will prevail over the Middle and High Atlas Mountains.
The forecasts also indicate the blowing of strong winds locally in the Tangier region, while minimum temperatures will range between 20 and 26 degrees Celsius in the southeast, the western plains of the Atlas, Loukkos, the Rif, and the Saiss, and between 14 and 20 degrees Celsius in the rest of the Kingdom.
As for the seas, they will be calm to slightly agitated in the Mediterranean Sea and the Strait of Gibraltar, and slightly agitated to agitated along the Atlantic coast.
