Prince Moulay El Hassan presides over the graduation ceremony of the 24th High National Defence Course and the 58th Staff Course at the Royal College of Higher Military Studies in Kenitra

Al-Quneitra – Under the auspices of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Supreme Commander and Chief of the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan presided over the graduation ceremony of the 24th class of the Higher Defense Studies Course and the 58th class of the Staff Course today, Wednesday, at the Royal College of Higher Military Studies in Al-Quneitra.

Upon arrival at the Royal College of Higher Military Studies, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan was greeted by General First Inspector of the Royal Armed Forces and Commander of the Southern Region, and the Colonel, Director of the Royal College of Higher Military Studies, before reviewing a formation of the Royal Air Force units who saluted him.

His Royal Highness also greeted the General First, Commander of the Royal Gendarmerie, and senior officers from the General Command of the Royal Armed Forces, as well as the Governor of the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra Region, the Governor of Al-Quneitra Province, the Delegate Commander of the Military Guard in Al-Quneitra, university professors, and teaching staff officers at the College.

After watching a presentation on “The Royal Armed Forces and Crisis Management” by two trainee officers, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan presided over the awarding of Master’s degree certificates in National Defense and Staff Course certificates to the graduating officers of the Moroccan and foreign High Defense Studies Course and Staff Course, respectively.

Following this, the Colonel, Director of the Royal College of Higher Military Studies, presented a selected group of research papers completed by the graduating class of the Higher Defense Studies Course.

The 24th class of the Higher Defense Studies Course and the 58th class of the Staff Course comprise 285 graduates, including 70 officers from 26 brotherly and friendly countries to the Kingdom, namely the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Spain, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the United States of America, the United Arab Emirates, the Republics of Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central Africa, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Ethiopia, France, Gabon, Guinea-Conakry, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Senegal, Tanzania, Chad, and the Comoros Islands.
