The Cabinet is set to convene tomorrow, Thursday, under the chairmanship of Aziz Akhannouch, the head of the government, and is set to begin discussing several important issues.
According to a statement issued by the Presidency of the Government, the council will begin its session with a presentation by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forestry on preparations for Eid al-Adha, before addressing a new draft law related to the first time fisheries products are put on the market.
After that, two draft laws will be discussed, the first related to changing and supplementing the decree issued on defining the competences and organization of the Ministry of Justice, and the second related to defining the procedures for removing plots of land from the public water property.
The statement noted that the Council will conclude its work by discussing proposals for appointments to senior positions in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution.
