The Tangier Security Directorate reacted very seriously to a video circulating on social media, showing two people armed with a white weapon offering a victim of robbery accompanied by physical assault in Tangier’s Al-Musalla neighborhood.
Following the security investigations carried out, it turned out that the video documented a criminal case being handled by the city’s police services. The investigations led to the identification of the main suspect, a 42-year-old man with a criminal record, who was arrested on Wednesday.
The suspect was subjected to judicial investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecution to uncover all the circumstances, circumstances and motives of the crime, and investigations are still ongoing to arrest his accomplice, who has been fully identified.
