I was surprised today after buying a return ticket from Tangier to Fez – first class – that the vehicle assigned to this class is a dilapidated common trailer, so that I thought I was travelling in a public transport bus, where we paid for a service that we did not receive, which I consider a fraud and fraud on travellers.

If this state of affairs is to continue as we are about to organise the World Cup, it does not bode well…
