• ?? A TRUE KING'S TABLE - Each exquisite set is painstakingly handcrafted by a master craftsman. The board is fashioned from hard and durable teakwood. It's then delicately inscribed with Norse runes and symbols. Each one-of-a-kind piece is truly fit for a king.
• ?? OX-BONE PIECES - The Hnefatafl set comes with 37 genuine ox-bone game pieces. Each piece is totally unique, as they are carved and polished by hand. The attacking pieces have been flame treated, giving them a rich brown hue, while the defending pieces display a magnificent ivory sheen.
• ?? HOW TO PLAY - The objective is for the king to escape by reaching any of the four corner squares. The attacking force is comprised of 24 soldiers positioned in four groups of six around the perimeter of the board. All pieces move like the Rook in chess and opposing pieces are taken by "sandwiching" them between between itself and another piece of the moving color or a corner square.
